Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 30, 2026.

Seifly Rides is a technology platform, operated by Opulence Corporation ("Opulence"), that connects riders with independent transportation providers ("Drivers") in San Diego and El Cajon, California.

Drivers using the platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Opulence.

Fares are shown to you in the app before you request a trip, and payment is collected in-app through our payment processor.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
